For the past two years Drake Music have been working on a very exciting project here at Newlands School called 'Tiny Techies' this focused on our EYFS and KS1 children and looked at how the children could engage with technology and music together. Through the project we saw lots of improvement in children's engagement as well as making progress musically. As part of this project we were also lucky enough to receive a bespoke instrument based on the work from the 'Tiny Techies' with our children in mind. We were thrilled to be presented with our very own ‘Hexydeck’, which can now be used throughout school.
